One of the functions of SREF is to provide funds in the form
of grants, to individuals and organizations associated with Smoke Rise Charter
School. Please give us a complete description of who you are and your project.
If the request is for purchasing equipment please provide a list of the equipment
and how it will be used.
Tell us how the project will benefit Smoke Rise Charter.
Determine your budget and how you would like the foundation
to help. Determine how much funding you need within reason.
Expect the approval process to take up to 8 weeks before receiving
the funds. Provide as much information as you can regarding the purpose of the
project, who this will help, and anticipated costs. We cannot promise that all requests will be funded.
After the projected has completed, please report to the foundation
the use of the funds and effect on your program. This helps us see the impact
of our investment to the Smoke Rise Charter School Community.
